Home Health Care Services-Optional

All Seasons of Rochester Hills has an on-site home health care provider, Medical Professionals, Inc., available 24/7. MPI provides assistance with activities of daily living, delivered by trained Resident Attendants, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Care services are available to residents in both Independent and Enhanced Living apartment homes and allows residents to remain in the active, independent setting even as they age in place or their health needs become greater. The most common services are medication management and shower assistance. However, numerous other services including escorts to meals and activities, dressing assistance, blood pressure monitoring, and room checks are available as well.
